In aid of
Try for Change is an England Rugby programme that uses the power of rugby as a force for good to improve and support the lives of disadvantaged young people in England and across the world.
Try for Change provides grants and works with charities, clubs and individuals who use rugby and its core values of teamwork, respect, enjoyment, discipline and sportsmanship to drive this change.
The Hong Kong Rugby Union Community Foundation (HKRUCF) was established in March 2013 with the aim of using rugby and the HKRU brand to bring about positive change within the community by tackling social issues.
Every programme which HKRUCF supports is addressing at least one of the three social issues: Inclusive Society, Education, and Health, which are aligned with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The RFU will donate approximately 70% of profits from the event to England Rugby’s Try for Change and 30% to Hong Kong Rugby Union Community Foundation and their nominated regional rugby social change projects.
