To help give you an idea of what we can do for you there is a small list of examples below but please remember we tailor make each service to fit you and your event. These are primarily aimed at weddings but can be used as a guide for all manner of events.

Full Planning

Planning any event is hugely time consuming, and can be quite a daunting prospect. You want the best but without going over your budget. It’s hard to get excited about your upcoming event when you’re bogged down with lists, spreadsheets and negotiating with suppliers. Let us take away all the stress and you can decide how involved you would like to be. We will keep you informed about the progress of your wedding or event in a way that is convenient to you, be that face to face meetings, telephone, emails, skype – whatever works best for you! We can handle every stage from engagement parties and ‘save the date’ cards to ‘on the day coordination’ and honeymoon planning, all within your budget.

On the Day Coordination

We call it ‘on the day’ but it’s much more like ‘last month or two’. The last thing you want the night before your big day is to have a meeting with us and handing over all your plans! You’ve decided you want to plan the wedding yourself but would like someone on the day to ensure all your hard work is executed correctly and that staff and suppliers aren’t bothering you on your event day with niggly questions. We will meet with you approximately 6 weeks before the big day (dependent on timescale and complexity) and relieve you from your lists and plans. We spend some time with you discussing your plans so we can make certain your day goes as desired. This is usually the busiest time in wedding planning. During this period we will contact suppliers and venues to double check arrangements and create a timetable for the day whilst dealing with the inevitable problems that occur and shielding you from any last minute stress – as well as coordinating on the day! Leaving you to relax and enjoy the build-up to your big day with your friends and family.

Rescue

The wedding is fast approaching, you’re feeling swamped, time is running out – don’t panic, give us a call! It’s tough towards the end, everything seems to come all at once and it can be hard to look forward to your day if you’re panicking that the DJ hasn’t confirmed what time he will be setting up or the caterers have confused your food order. Similar to ‘on the day’ coordination but we can step in at any time.

Individual Request

Would you like us to just relieve you of one particular area? We can help find your perfect venue, track down a difficult supplier or handle your venue decoration. Perhaps you’d like us to manage your invitations process and chase up any late replies? We’re happy to help with any area you require, no matter how big or small.
